Points of You® Facilitation

There are topics we know exist but don’t know how to open. There are decisions waiting to be made, insights circling nearby — but they stay unspoken.
The Points of You® methodology uses photographs and words as a trigger for those conversations. Not therapy. Not a lecture. Just an image, a question, and the space to hear yourself – or your team – in a way you rarely get in a regular workday.
As a licensed Points of You® practitioner, I use this tool in:
→ Individual work – when you’re at a crossroads, looking for clarity, or trying to understand something you don’t know where to start with.
→ Team workshops – when a team needs to talk about things that usually stay beneath the surface. Culture, trust, change, feedback – but in a way that’s neither uncomfortable nor forced.

How It Works
1. We talk first. Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute conversation – no sales pitch, no obligations. I want to understand what you’re dealing with, and you should understand how I work before deciding anything.
2. We define the right format together. There are no standard packages imposed on everyone. Based on our conversation, we figure out what makes sense – scope, format, duration, frequency.
3. We get to work. And we adapt as we go. This isn’t a fixed script – it’s a working relationship.
